Welcome Matthew Delaney

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Matthew Delaney to the role of Group Talent Acquisition & Engagement Manager for Windward Management.

Matthew brings with him nine years of recruitment experience with a blend of recruitment agency and inhouse recruitment as well as the project management of new recruitment initiatives. In addition, he has experience recruiting internationally within the United States, Nordic, DACH And Benelux regions as well as recruiting across a broad spectrum of functions including Hospitality, Logistics & Supply Chain, Finance, eCommerce and Sales & Marketing.

Matthew started his recruitment career in the UK working with various recruitment agencies before moving to Ireland to take on the newly-created role of Talent Executive for the Doyle Collection. Following his time with the Doyle Collection he took up the role of In-House Recruiter for Keelings and most recently held the role of Talent Partner at LinkedIn, responsible for sourcing the top 1% of Account Executives, Managers and Directors for sales roles in the UK, Ireland and the Nordic Region.

Prior to this, Matthew spent 7 years in the hospitality industry, managing bars in restaurants and hotels in London.
